NYLON CLAW HOOK RATCHET STEERING WHEEL LOCK
This strap is designed for easier installation. All you need to do is put the loop end against the bottom of the steering wheel so that the buckle is facing the dashboard. Pull the entire lock under the wheel and thread it through the loop, then you need to place the coated Double J Hook under the seat mount to the seat strut.
Finally, tighten down the strap using the ratchet buckle, and the steering wheel will remain locked in place.
