Halo lights are the latest in LED lighting.  Each light has a neon-like border that surrounds LED diodes in the middle.  The halo remains lit while the vehicle is running; the LEDs in the center are on low, but brighten up to high for stops and turns.  These lights are available in a variety of styles and colors.
