Pricing: Subject to change without notice.

Method of Payment: Major credit card (Master, Visa or Discover), prepaid by check or money order. COD - money order, cashiers check, or pre-approved company check.

Returns & Exchanges: Items may be returned within thirty (30) days in the original unopened packaging. Claims for shortages, errors or imperfections must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of goods. In either case, you must call 800 270-6003 for a return authorization, indicating the original invoice number. NOTE: Test fit all parts before painting, mounting or altering in any way. Altered or mounted parts are not returnable. Virgo will accept responsibility for return freight only on defective merchandise.

Warranties & Guarantees: All manufacturers warranties and guarantees shall apply and will be the responsibility of the manufacturer to fulfill its obligation.

Freight: All products are shipped prepaid FOB Brooklyn, NY at the most economical UPS ground rate available. Charges for freight will be added to your invoice at time of shipping. Express overnight delivery is available at the prevailing rate. Motor freight is also available on large items not accepted by UPS. No C.O.D.
